Q: Do my lashes come with adhesive/lash glue? 
A: Individual lashes do not come with Lash Adhesives. Accessories are sold separately.

Q: What are your false eyelashes made of?
A:
All of our lashes are 100% premium cruelty-free mink and made of  sterilized human hair or premium cruelty-free synthetic hair (unless other specified on the products description section). We offer quality lashes which when applied correctly, will not harm your natural lashes.

Q: Can I apply mascara to my mink lashes?
A: Please do not apply mascara to your Sheers Beauty Lashes as this can ruin the quality of the hair and limit the number of uses.

Q: What comes with my lashes?
A: Your pair of purchased lashes includes 1 spoolie/brush and 1 applicator. 

Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must notify us within 7 days of confirmation of delivery. Please use our "contact us" form for instructions. Great customer service is very important to us, so you can expect an email response within 48 business hours. We will then send you an email that outlines the steps required to complete your exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the current moment we do not offer international shipping.
